Huawei LUNA2000-5kW Power Module

The Huawei LUNA2000-5kW-C0 is a power control module for Huawei's home battery system. LUNA2000 batteries are made with lithium iron phosphate cells and can be stacked up to three high for a maximum storage capacity of 15 kWh per stack. However, the system can be expanded with a second stack for a total capacity of up to 30 kWh with two stacks connected in parallel.

Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) is generally considered one of the safest and most stable battery chemicals for energy storage, due to its wide temperature range and limited risk of thermal leakage (overheating).

The LUNA2000-5kW-C0 has a 5 kWh battery capacity. The home battery works with most solar inverters, but is specifically designed to work perfectly with Huawei inverters.
